Yea I like her new video too snipe. But she's definitely not the same Mariah Carey I remember, when she could just flat out sing. The old Mariah made songs that featured her voice. Now she's making songs that feature the beat and tunes of her voice here and there. She can still sing, but I'm just saying she can't sing the way she used to, and hit the notes the way she used to.

Let me clear some things up from my previous post. Suprisingly, Mariah is still the same singer she was a decade ago. She can still hit that note. But she chooses not to because she's trying to fit into the style of music now. Music doesn't feature someone's voice the way it used to. And that is what Mariah was known for when she came out. She could just flat out sing. She don't do it as much. But I don't know if you heard this song from her, it was called "Never Too Far Away". It came out a few years ago. And it demonstrated her powerful vocal cords. She also showed a taste of it in her song "We Belong Together". A song I like very much.

It changes the artists because the wya the music is changing, they'll try more to fit in (like with what V1said) so then they'll just change altogether.
