Has anyone heard of spotify? Its a perfect mix of pandora and itunes, its a free online free music streaming service like pandora, but you can search any artist or song and play exactly what you want. It uses a itunes like interface where you can create playlists even add the songs to your current library. You will need to sign up and create a username and all that jazz just like itunes. It is very easy to use and def recommend if you love music. www.spotify.com

That definitely sounds like something I'd be interested in. I'm tired of having Pandora dictate what songs I listen to and how many times I can skip haha. It requires invitations though. OWNAGE.

So I guess they made it public because 4 or 5 days ago I signed up and they let me in instantly. I checked it out and it's definitely sick.
Pandora + Spotify = Musical Experience
Get new bands from Pandora and hit up Spotify. It'll probably be a beast of a method to find new music. Spotify makes it incredibly convenient. Definitely thumbs up on this.

I joined up, but i hardly use it, because I heard that you can only play a song a certain number of times before it gets disabled? Not sure about that one, though.

You know, I didn't think much of that until yesterday. I was trying to look up a band and I remember seeing more tracks when I checked the same band a week ago. I wasn't happy haha.

It's not really like that. When you download it, you'll see. It's pretty much like Itunes but instead of listening to a song for 30 seconds, you can listen to the whole song. You're not downloading any music in this case. Rather, you're streaming it.

yea its a huge library of music of which you can listen to unlimited, all streaming so you need a internet connection. The free version has ads sprinkled about every now and then. The only download is for the itunes like program.

Okay, so I found out why this offer seems to good to be true. They wanted me to accept a TOS or something so I looked it over and I realized that we get 6 months of listening to whatever song we want how many times we want. They restrict us though after 6 months to the amount of times you can play a song or something like that. I'll get the info and post it here later. I wasn't happy when I found that out...

I'm about to get rid of mine. I never use it anymore, and as a matter of fact, I don't really use Pandora that much anymore either. I just rip songs off YouTube to put on my iPod.
